What happens if I turn on route recording and turn off the app?
If you have a route recording in progress and it happens that you turn off the application by mistake or on purpose, or if your mobile runs out, then after opening it again, the application will ask you if you want to continue recording and follow up on your progress.
How do I save a route to Planned Adventures?
Each route/trek has a heart symbol in the upper right corner. After pressing, the trek will be saved to your planned adventures
How do I save a route to Previous Adventures?
To save the route to previous adventures, you must first conquer the trek with the Adventurer application turned on, i.e. with the function for recording the route turned on (the red center button that appears after selecting the trek) or simply turn on this function at the destination point of the route to gain experience points (exp ) – the route will then be recorded on your profile and points will be added to you.
How can I get experience points called expy?
To get exp, you have to conquer the trek with the Adventurer app turned on, i.e. with the function for recording the route turned on (the red central button that appears after selecting the trek) or just turn on this function at the destination point of the route to get experience points (exp) - the route then it will be recorded on the profile and points will be added to you - if you do not have offline mode, you need to have an internet signal at the destination or checkpoint. If you only turn on recording at the finish/check point, you have to expect that your performance will be displayed on your profile with zero results.
Circuit, as a special type of route - in the case of a circuit, there is a check point located roughly halfway along the route, which is also visible on the map. In order to get exp, it is necessary to go through this point with the route recording function turned on.
Do I need to turn on the measurement or start the application before exiting in order to gain experience points called expy?
This is not needed. Measuring your performance and route is an additional feature and it is not necessary to have it turned on to get exp. To get expy, just open the application at the destination point of the route (or at the check point for the circuit route type) and turn on the performance recording function (red central button that appears after selecting the trek). The application records your location and evaluates whether you are really at the destination point. If you move within a 50 m perimeter, an animation will appear and exp will automatically be added to you.
If you only turn on recording at the destination point, you have to expect that your performance will be displayed on your profile with zero results.
Does the app work in the mountains even without a signal?
Adventurer app works in both online and offline mode. However, be careful here! Offline mode is only available in the PRO version of Adventurer Club. Without Adventurer Club membership, it is necessary to be connected to mobile data for the application to function properly.
I did not find my favorite route in the application, can I suggest it in the application?

Is it possible to plan and create custom routes in the app?
This option is not available yet, but we plan to add it and make it available to all users during 2023.
Is it possible to switch the profile to private?
Yes. You can do this directly on your profile under the "Edit profile" button. Here you will find the button to switch to private mode.
What do the statistics record?
The statistics record cumulative data from your covered routes with the Adventurer app turned on - distance, elevation gain, time in motion, number of treks covered.
For the time being, only the data from the completed routes offered by the Adventurer app after gaining exp points are included in the overall reports. We prepare summary statistics from all performance measurements.
How often do you add new routes?
We add new routes once a week.
